Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture for the AWS Prototyping and AI Customer Engineering (PACE) group in North America.

You will lead prototyping architects and technical program managers across PODs aligned to FSI, Retail & CPG, and Canada, owning hiring, onboarding, performance, and promotion readiness. You will drive delivery quality and velocity for your PODs, set technical bars for prototypes and AI workshops, and maintain strong relationships with Sales, SA, and CSM

Qualifications

Experience leading teams of prototyping architects and technical program managers.
Ability to ship production-grade AI systems under ambiguous customer problems.
Strong capacity planning and delivery velocity management across multiple PODs.
Ability to engage with field executives and drive business outcomes through technical delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop prototyping architects and technical program managers across PODs.
Own engagement delivery quality and velocity for your PODs and set technical standards.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with Sales, SA, and CSM leadership.
Drive operational mechanisms: intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and production tracking.
Maintain currency with GenAI and cloud architecture to credibly engage with field stakeholders.
Partner with peers and the North America Leader to balance capacity and share assets.
Codify patterns into reusable assets to accelerate future deliveries.
