Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead one of the PACE North America delivery teams aligned to FSI, Retail & CP G, and Canada.

You will own integrated PODs with PMs and prototyping architects, guiding quality, velocity, and business impact for every engagement. You will build deep relationships with Sales, SA, and CSM leaders, manage capacity, and ensure prototypes translate into revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders (VP/C-level).
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex technical engagements, including architecture design, proof-of-concept development, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of prototyping architects and technical program managers organized in PODs across FSI, Retail & CPG, and Canada.
• Own delivery quality and velocity for your PODs, setting the technical bar for prototypes, EBCs, guided builds, and AI-DLC workshops.
• Build deep stakeholder relationships with Sales, SA, and CSM leadership across industry verticals and participate in pipeline reviews and QBRs.
• Drive capacity planning, engagement intake prioritization, prototype-to-production tracking, and reporting linking delivery to business outcomes.
• Maintain currency with GenAI and cloud architecture to sustain credibility with team and field stakeholders.
• Balance capacity across verticals during demand spikes and share assets across PODs.
