The ideal candidate has 10+ years of technical program management, deep AI/ML deployment experience, and superb written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technical program management experience, including leadership of complex, multi-team, multi-vendor technology initiatives.
• Experience leading AI/ML solutions into production with strong program governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead Enterprise AI Program Delivery across AI product management, engineering, platform operations, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain program plans, dependency maps, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Define program governance, escalation protocols, and delivery standards for accountability.
• Coordinate production readiness, launch gates, and acceptance criteria for deployments.
• Manage external vendors, track milestones, and ensure technical standards are met.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and operational transitions from partners to internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and data teams to address dependencies and risks.
• Provide executive updates, steering materials, and clear action recommendations.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across U.S. and India teams and enterprise functions.
• Build scalable program management tools and cadences to support growth.
• Support strategic AI initiatives and ongoing process improvements.
