Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX. You will lead large cross-functional AI programs within the Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain, driving governance, reporting, and disciplined execution.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in program management, strong AI exposure, and a proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, coach product managers, and deliver executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of program management, project management, operations, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience with program management best practices (requirements, planning, scheduling, EV, etc.).
• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 10+ years of experience managing governance and delivery programs/projects (Waterfall, Agile, Six Sigma).
• 5+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities for large-scale BGS Supply Chain AI programs, aligning across business, product, technology, and delivery teams.
• Establish and maintain the program execution operating model, governance, cadence, decision forums, and escalation paths.
• Manage integrated program plans, milestones, risks, and action items across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare status reporting, executive summaries, steering committee materials, and leadership communications.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure program visibility, timely issue resolution, and decision-ready updates.
• Support agile operating rhythm, sprint planning, release coordination, and backlog alignment.
• Coach product managers in program execution discipline and stakeholder communication.
• Plan and facilitate workshops to drive alignment on priorities and roadmaps.
