Job summary

Google in Sunnyvale, CA invites an experienced Leadership Technical Program Manager II to own the Cohesive Agentic Experiences portfolio, guiding AI-enabled product initiatives and Enterprise memory foundations.

You will lead a TPM team, drive cross-functional programs, and partner with executives to align strategy with engineering, product, and UX across the CAE and Gemini Enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical programs in AI or Cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the CAE program roadmap and portfolio to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Lead the rollout of the Project Insights Agent and Enterprise Knowledge Graph initiatives.
• Manage and coach a team of TPMs; ensure PMO portfolio alignment with high-impact priorities.
• Bridge leadership gaps with US engineering leads, UX, and PM partners to align on the agentic ecosystem.
