Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI products and platforms. You will drive strategy, lifecycle management, and measurable outcomes for AI initiatives consumed by multiple product teams.

The role emphasizes building cloud/edge AI infra, improving customer outcomes, and advancing AI capabilities across the organization. You will own end-to-end program delivery, establish baselines for AI impact, and champion best practices in AI/ML

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management in AI/ML
• Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, data platforms, and AI infrastructure
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams
• Experience defining metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to measure platform success
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics
• Leadership at principal level, cross-organizational influence
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships
• Domain knowledge in public safety or security software is a plus
• Experience surfacing highly ambiguous product concepts through discovery
