Responsibilities

• Define operational standards, evaluation frameworks, and production readiness criteria across engagements.
• Scale team effectiveness by defining patterns, mentoring FDEs, and participating in hiring.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI adoption and create reusable accelerators.
