Job summary

Barclays in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Product Owner to lead the vision and evolution of the contact center servicing experience. You will drive AI-enabled tools, define roadmaps, and align stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and operations to deliver seamless, personalized customer journeys.

You’ll champion data-driven decision making, manage backlogs for multi-year initiatives, and ensure risk controls while maximizing value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as a product owner prioritizing backlogs and leading scrum teams.
• Strong data-driven, customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tech stacks and deployment.
• Experience in contact center or fintech/credit card domain.
• Ability to define strategy, OKRs and KPIs.
