Slalom, LLC in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Senior Consultant to help organizations modernize their product operating models and AI-enabled delivery. You will work with client leaders and local teams to design operating models, prioritize investments, and integrate AI into product development and delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, agile delivery, or related fields, and experience in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, agile delivery, product operations, business transformation, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean practices.
• Experience working on product transformation, operating model, organizational change, or agile transformation initiatives.
• Foundational understanding of product operating models and modern product management practices.
• Familiarity with agile, lean, and product delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, or value management practices.
• Interest in and practical experience using AI-enabled tools in product management, delivery, or business operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
• Product Management, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean, or ICAgile certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client engagements across strategy, design, implementation, and adoption activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, working sessions, retrospectives, and alignment meetings.
• Help design and document product operating models, governance frameworks, team structures, and delivery practices.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, playbooks, and supporting materials.
• Coaching product managers, product owners, delivery teams, and business stakeholders on modern product practices and ways of working.
• Support pilot initiatives, value stream implementations, and organizational change efforts.
• Help define success metrics, collect performance insights, and measure business outcomes.
• Assist clients in incorporating AI tools and practices into product management, delivery, and decision-making processes.
• Contribute to Slalom's thought leadership, capability development, recruiting efforts, and internal knowledge sharing.
