Job summary

7-Eleven seeks an AI Digital Product Manager III to own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and adoption of AI-powered products across Store, Customer, Enterprise, and Platforms. You will collaborate with data science, ML engineering, software, design, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires leading AI hypotheses, translating requirements into stories, and driving release milestones with a focus on safety, privacy, and value creation for stores and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/4 Yr Degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience delivering AI, ML, automation, or data products.

Responsibilities

• Defines AI product vision, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics; aligns priorities across teams.
• Translates AI product requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
• Leads cross-functional execution with research, design, data science, and engineering.
• Sets outcome metrics for adoption, quality, accuracy, safety, and business value.
