Job summary

Meta seeks experienced Product Managers to lead AI-enabled product initiatives across the company. You will work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to identify opportunities, build roadmaps, and translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions at large scale.

You will champion responsible AI practices, drive rapid experimentation, and collaborate with executive audiences to influence strategic decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
• 10+ years of experience collaborating with engineering, design and user research teams.
• 10+ years product management and/or Product Design.
• Experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations.
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
• Experience navigating full product life-cycle, incorporating customer feedback, prioritization, and launch execution.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities within a large product area and drive product strategies and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations with clear structure.
• Evaluate when AI is the optimal solution at portfolio level and perform rigorous tradeoff analysis.
• Translate AI capabilities into differentiated product visions that define market categories.
• Champion AI-native strategies and data strategies enabling continuous improvement.
• Drive product development with engineers and designers while maintaining team health.
