Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
• 10+ years of experience collaborating with engineering, design and user research teams.
• 10+ years product management and/or Product Design experience.
• Experience developing AI-native strategies across organizations.
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
• Experience managing full product life-cycle from customer feedback to launch.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area and drive mission, strategies and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations with limited oversight.
• Evaluate when AI is the optimal solution with rigorous tradeoff analysis.
• Translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions and market definitions.
• Drive AI-native strategies with data strategies enabling continuous improvement.
• Lead product development with engineers and designers while maintaining team health.
• Define requirements, coordinate resources, develop roadmaps, and guide milestones across teams.
• Reimagine workflows using AI tools to boost team velocity at scale.
• Foster rapid experimentation and learning to create competitive advantage.
• Scale AI best practices across the organization.
• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for web-based products and platforms.
• Integrate data, usability studies, and market analysis into product strategies.
