Meta is seeking Product Managers to lead AI-enabled product initiatives across the company, collaborating with engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to ship impactful, scalable products.

These roles demand strong strategic thinking, experience with AI-native strategies, and the ability to drive roadmaps, set metrics, and coordinate multiple orgs while upholding responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams.
10+ years product management and/or Product Design
Experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations.
Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
Experience navigating full product life-cycle, incorporating customer feedback into requirements and launches.
Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Identify near and long-term opportunities and drive product mission, strategies, and roadmaps.
Generate buy-in across organizations and drive consensus.
Evaluate AI use cases and perform rigorous trade-off analyses.
Translate AI capabilities into differentiated product visions.
Drive product development with engineers and designers while maintaining team health.
Define requirements, plan roadmaps, and coordinate resources across departments.
Lead experiments and data-driven evaluations to improve products at scale.
Communicate metrics and drive decision-making with insights and AB testing.
Shape responsible AI practices and scale best practices across the org.
