Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Product Manager to steer a high-visibility AI transformation, evaluate and potentially replace an existing customer-facing AI solution, and drive POC efforts through 2026. You will shape the long-term strategy for scalable AI platforms and work across departments to align objectives.

You will partner with business and tech leaders to define requirements, manage RFPs, and translate needs into roadmaps and user stories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience owning digital products from strategy to delivery.
• Experience leading AI, machine learning, automation, or emerging tech initiatives.
• Experience evaluating vendors, managing POCs, or participating in tech selection processes.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience working with software engineering in Agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience leading AI platform implementations or migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and execution of AI vendor proofs-of-concept (POCs) to assess replacement options for current AI capabilities.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define requirements for future AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive the RFP evaluation process, helping identify the best-fit solution for both customer and associate experiences.
• Facilitate collaboration across Software Engineering, Leasing, Marketing, EPMO, Customer Operations, and other key business functions.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into actionable product roadmaps and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical integrations and implementation considerations.
• Define product success metrics and business outcomes for AI initiatives.
• Manage scope, priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout product delivery.
• Partner with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure successful execution and adoption.
• Align product initiatives with legal, compliance, risk, and security requirements.
