Job summary

EvenUp in San Francisco and Toronto is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI-powered solutions that help legal teams generate better documents, negotiate smarter, and win justice faster. You will drive product strategy and collaborate with engineers, designers, ML researchers, data scientists, and other functions.

This hybrid role requires 3+ years in B2B product management, experience with complex workflow products, strong qualitative research, and data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B product management, startup experience preferred.
• Strong qualitative user research skills to uncover customer pain points.
• Excellent quantitative skills and data storytelling ability.
• Growth-focused, execution-driven mindset with fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs through qualitative and quantitative approaches to build adopted features.
• Apply AI capabilities to a wide range of user problems and ship high-quality features quickly.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, ML researchers, and others to deliver value.
• Coordinate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure smooth launches and onboarding.
