The role requires 4+ years in product management, strong analytics, and bilingual English and Mandarin. You will drive product decisions, work across AI-enabled experiences, and ship customer-focused features at pace in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing products or platforms.
• Ability to execute effectively in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
• Understanding of product development processes: requirements gathering, prioritization, launch planning, post-launch iteration.
• Ability to independently own projects and drive outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, research, and business stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of AI technologies and their application in consumer or enterprise products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to align teams and drive decisions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous situations with a bias toward action and delivering shipped products.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership to bring product strategy to life through strong execution and delivery.
• Take early-stage product concepts and turn them into actionable plans, requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Work across AI-enabled product experiences, developing a practical understanding of how emerging AI capabilities can solve customer problems.
• Collaborate with design and research partners to gather user feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously iterate on product experiences.
• Drive day-to-day product decisions with limited oversight, identifying gaps, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum across initiatives.
• Translate broad business goals into concrete features, experiments, and launches that create customer and business impact.
• Work effectively within ambiguity, helping move ideas from approximately 60% defined to fully realized customer solutions.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product roadmaps.
• Use data, customer insights, and operational metrics to evaluate product performance and inform prioritization decisions.
• Serve as a force multiplier for the team by increasing execution velocity and helping the organization move faster.
