Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Enterprise AI Solutions to embed with engineering and business teams and ship AI-powered products that drive business impact. You’ll own end-to-end product lifecycle, define requirements, prototype agentic workflows, and measure KPIs across the enterprise.

Hybrid work schedule; candidates should lead with data-driven insights, collaborate across functions, and deliver scalable solutions built on large data sets and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital product development or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying LLMs and RAG architecture, NLP, ML algorithms, and big data analytics.
• Analytical skills for identifying user patterns, insights, and performance metrics.
• Ability to gather and comprehend complex requirements across all business levels.
• Ability to convey complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, and iterate on solutions.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data architectures requiring systems integration, data governance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value use cases for agentic solutions and deployment.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand customer use cases and needs.
• Build end-to-end agentic products from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability.
• Co-develop agentic solutions with business teams for ongoing operation.
• Translate business problems into well-scoped product requirements with clear metrics.
• Use data insights to optimize AI products and KPIs across the enterprise.
• Own agent quality with evaluation frameworks and prompt iteration cycles.
• Prepare documentation, demos, and AI-driven analytics for real-time decision-making.
