Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a hands-on senior Product Owner/Technical Product Manager to lead GenAI-powered product capabilities, partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver clear value.

You will own defined product areas, drive from discovery to delivery, and shape outcome-based roadmaps while balancing quality, performance, and cost. Hybrid work schedule in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management, product development, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience as Product Owner or Technical Product Manager on complex tech products.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience partnering with engineering and data science to deliver AI/data-driven products.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Program Management, Product, and Scrum to scope, develop, and deliver GenAI-powered capabilities.
• Define clear, actionable product requirements and user stories from stakeholder workflows and business needs.
• Own defined product areas, driving work from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Develop an outcome-based roadmap grounded in customer insights, constraints, and priorities.
• Conduct product testing to validate functionality, accuracy, and performance, and support demos and reviews.
• Own and refine features post-launch, incorporating feedback to improve capabilities.
