Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Enterprise AI Solutions.

You will embed with engineering and business teams to build AI-powered products that serve NBCUniversal businesses, owning the full lifecycle from discovery through deployment and iteration. You will write code, surface insights from data, and drive measurable business impact across the enterprise, balancing technical, design, and educational aspects of product thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital product development or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying LLMs and RAG architecture, NLP, ML algorithms, and big data analytics.
• Analytical skills for identifying user patterns, insights, and performance metrics.
• Ability to gather and comprehend complex requirements across business levels.
• Ability to convey complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences, with ability to define requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, cloud services, and analytics tools (Python, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with SDLC processes, scoping, iteration planning, user story writing, and rollout management.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value use cases for agentic solutions with enterprise teams.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure agents meet end-user and stakeholder needs.
• Build end-to-end agentic products, including multi-agent orchestration and structured reasoning.
• Co-develop agentic solutions with business teams for ongoing operation post-deployment.
• Define clear requirements with measurable success metrics for agentic products.
• Use data insights to optimize AI products and measure KPIs like adoption and time-to-insight.
• Maintain agent quality via evaluation frameworks and prompt iteration cycles.
• Create documentation, deliver demos, and provide AI-driven analytics for real-time decision-making across the enterprise.
