Job summary

Red Cell Partners is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Trase, an AI platform deployed in healthcare, cyber, and national security sectors. You will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, specifications, and delivery, collaborating closely with customers, engineering, UI/UX, marketing, sales, and presales to build products that delight customers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software, excels at cross-functional leadership, and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
5+ years in software industry in development or product management.
Experience with cross-disciplinary teams (engineering, marketing, UX).
Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
AI and Healthcare experience is a plus.
Self-starter with growth mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Strategy: define robust strategy and vision for your areas.
Roadmap: create near and long-term product roadmap with customers.
Product specifications: partner with design to craft UX and specs.
Feature development: drive execution with engineering; manage risks and quality.
Product evangelism: present at conferences; create collateral and docs.
Collaboration: build relationships with customers for use cases and GTM plans.
Market intelligence: analyze trends and competitors.
