Job summary

BlackCube Labs seeks a Staff AI Product Manager to lead enterprise generative and agentic AI initiatives. You will define the product vision, translate business objectives into priorities, and drive prototypes through production deployment.

You will collaborate with engineering and AWS specialists, defining evaluation frameworks and governance for reliable AI systems, while mentoring other PMs and shaping stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, solutions engineering, or related field with AI from prototype to production at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency reading Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript code and making informed product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise generative AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Lead discovery, validation, and prototyping to validate assumptions before full-scale development.
• Drive AI architecture decisions balancing quality, cost, latency, and scalability.
• Design and optimize AI agents including prompts, tool schemas, memory, safety guardrails, and recovery.
• Own backlogs, prioritize workstreams, refine requirements, and coordinate sprint delivery.
