Responsibilities

• Discover high-value AI opportunities by partnering with business users.
• Own AI Agents end-to-end from prototype to production.
• Prototype agents using Microsoft Foundry/Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
• Design enterprise RAG, grounding, tools, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Create rapid prototypes and evaluation harnesses.
• Define evaluation datasets and production standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, security, MLOps, and vendors.
• Measure adoption and quantify business value.
• Maintain product ownership as RK builds in-house AI capacity.
• Balance product leadership with hands-on building.
