Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own the AI use-case roadmap and translate customer jobs-to-be-done into AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to measure business impact and customer value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, analytics, data, clinical, and operations teams.
• Balance customer value with safety, compliance, and enterprise priorities when delivering AI capabilities.
