Descrizione del lavoro

Single Grain combines marketing services, software, and AI. This role owns product judgment for Single Brain and the API Gateway—deciding what to build, why, and how it will be measured. You will work with a ~6-person engineering team daily, not as a manager, but to create clarity and maximum impact.

You will be an advanced AI user, applying AI to research, interview synthesis, analytics, specs, prototypes, and experiments to accelerate product decisions.

Competenze

• Experience owning a technical software product (APIs, integrations, auth, data fluency).
• Metrics you personally owned and improved — with diagnosis, not feature lists.
• Sprint leadership / prioritization with engineering teams.
• Product analytics and instrumentation ownership (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
• Advanced daily AI workflows for product work.

Mansioni

• Identify the highest-leverage product metrics across Single Brain and API Gateway.
• Diagnose what is limiting those metrics and propose fixes.
• Decide what engineering should build next, with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Run weekly sprint kickoffs so the team understands what metric to move and how to measure success.
• Own customer discovery and separate loud requests from high-leverage opportunities.
• Own product analytics and instrumentation quality; ensure measurement plans accompany major initiatives.
• Review launches against real results and decide on iteration, expansion, or pivot.
• Keep the integration / Gateway roadmap prioritized and focused.
• Protect the team from low-impact or undefined work.
