Job summary

Insider One is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company empowering marketing and customer engagement teams to orchestrate experiences across channels. As a Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, defining the why, when, and what of our products while translating customer needs into clear specifications.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing, apply GenAI and model APIs, and measure impact through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on tight schedules.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, etc.).
• Experience with model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into detailed product specs and manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Clearly articulate business value to product teams and coordinate release processes.
• Manage and prioritize product items and backlogs to align with strategic goals.
