Job summary

Deloitte (UK) is seeking a senior product leader to collaborate directly with the CTO and Head of Product to shape how ideas become trusted products. You will influence investments, mobilise multidisciplinary teams and establish scalable product disciplines across the business.

This high-visibility role requires exceptional stakeholder management, a strong product judgment and a track record of delivering measurable client and commercial value in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Proven product-management experience in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Ability to balance user needs, business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Experience creating and maintaining product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
• Demonstrable success leading multidisciplinary teams with diverse stakeholders.
• Senior stakeholder management and influencing without formal authority.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with measurable value focus.
• Knowledge of agile and lean product practices and governance.
• Experience with AI-enabled or data products in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape how partner-sponsored ideas become trusted products.
• Influence investments, mobilise multidisciplinary teams and establish scalable product disciplines.
• Lead discovery, delivery, launch, adoption, live operation and retirement across product lines.
• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy and roadmaps; justify business cases.
• Partner with engineering, data, design, security, legal and finance to drive outcomes.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and actions.
