Deloitte is seeking a talented AI governance lead to join our team. You will lead the delivery of AI governance projects from conception to production, working with Financial Services clients to implement robust governance frameworks that support ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

You will help define policies, engage with senior stakeholders, and stay ahead of industry trends to position clients for sustainable innovation and trust in their AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, objectives, and strategic approach for AI governance.
• Flexibly work with clients across advisory and delivery in the AI governance space.
• Advise clients on the strategic 'why', 'what', and 'how' of establishing robust AI governance to ensure quality, compliance, and trustworthiness for business objectives.
• Present and communicate to people unfamiliar with the use of AI in decision-making about the advantages and caveats of proposals and solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of organisational structures and operating models that embed AI governance best practices.
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams to shape, define, and deliver AI governance strategies aligned with business goals.
• Stay at the forefront of AI governance industry trends, actively maintaining an awareness of the latest tooling solutions and trade association certifications.
• Support the development of compelling AI governance proposals, articulating value propositions and securing new engagements through expert client presentations and strategic solution design.
