Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners in San Francisco is seeking a product software engineer to build AI-powered financial crime compliance tools for banks and fintechs. You will own features end to end from discovery through production.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience, full-stack React/Node (TypeScript) or Python, and a track record of shipping production AI features. Hybrid SF-based role with visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product software engineering experience.
• Full-stack experience with React and Node.js with TypeScript or Python.
• Experience shipping production AI or LLM features used by customers.
• Experience building APIs and working with databases (PostgreSQL/Supabase).
• Strong product judgment and customer communication.
• Experience at a high-growth startup; familiarity with financial services or workflow orchestration is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end from discovery to deployment.
• Build AI-driven workflows coordinating tools and data services for AML, sanctions, and KYC reviews.
• Create interfaces for case management, reporting, analytics, and workflow configuration.
• Work with enterprise customers to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain production software across APIs, backend services, databases, and frontend.
• Develop new capabilities, scale features, and support enterprise implementations.
