The Role

We're looking for aSenior AI Product Engineerto help us push the boundaries of what's possible at the intersection ofAI and cloud-native security. You’ll be responsible for building and integratingAI agentsthat power our security products—enabling autonomous detection, triage, and response capabilities that areaccurate, secure, and cost-effective.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product engineering, AI research, and security innovation. You will collaborate closely with product, backend, and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and optimize intelligent agents that drive meaningful outcomes for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build intelligent agentic workflowsthat augment or automate security operations—helping customers detect threats faster, triage incidents more efficiently, and remediate issues with minimal manual effort.
• Develop and deploymulti-agent systems and AI copilotsthat work collaboratively to perform tasks like log analysis, alert deduplication, root cause investigation, and policy enforcement in cloud-native environments.
• Architect agents with a strong focus onautonomy, safety, and coordination, ensuring they interact reliably with real-time security data, APIs, and customer environments.
• Prototype and productionize features likeautomated threat explainability,attack path reasoning, andremediation suggestionsusing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLMs, and custom tools.
• Partner with product and UX teams to make AI capabilities intuitive and transparent, providing confidence and control to users interacting with copilots or automated workflows.
• Continuously refine agents using human-in-the-loop feedback, telemetry data, and evaluation frameworks toimprove accuracy, reduce false positives, and ensure trustworthiness.
• Investigate and integrate state-of-the-art techniques inagent memory, tool use, and orchestration frameworks(e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom solutions) where applicable.
• Monitor and optimizeperformance, cost, and operational securityof agents in production environments.
• Contribute to internal standards aroundagent safety, auditability, and failure handling.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience inAI/ML product engineering, preferably in security, developer tools, or automation platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience buildingLLM-based applications, using tools like LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy AI featuresat scale, with attention to performance, cost, and safety.
• A strong product mindset—you think in terms of customer impact, usability, and business value.
• Experience withcloud-native environments (Kubernetes, containers)and ideally security concepts like eBPF, attack detection, or IAM.
• Fluency in Python and familiarity with Go or other backend languages is a plus.
• A pragmatic approach to experimentation, measurement, and continuous iteration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We don’t expect candidates to know everything on day one, but familiarity with the following technologies will be a strong plus:

• Agentic AI frameworks:LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
• Cloud AI services:AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalent managed model hosting platforms
• Observability & evaluation tools:Datadog, WandB (Weights & Biases), Arize AI, Galileo, PromptLayer, or equivalent
• Prompt and pipeline management:LLMOps tools, tracing, and evaluation frameworks
• Cloud-native infrastructure:Kubernetes, EKS, Terraform, container orchestration, and observability pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience buildingmulti-agent systems, autonomous workflows, or AI copilots.
• Knowledge ofruntime security, incident response, or threat modeling.
• Familiarity withretrieval-augmented generation (RAG)pipelines, vector databases, and embedding optimization.
• Exposure tocost-aware LLM orchestrationor GPU inference infrastructure.
