What You Will Be Doing

• Design and implement intelligent agent-based workflows to enhance or automate security operations, enabling faster threat detection, streamlined incident triage, and minimal manual remediation.
• Build and deploy multi-agent systems and AI copilots that collaborate on tasks such as log parsing, alert consolidation, root cause analysis, and policy enforcement in cloud-native settings.
• Engineer agents with an emphasis on autonomy, safety, and coordination, ensuring seamless interaction with real-time security data, APIs, and customer environments.
• Prototype and scale features like threat explainability, attack path analysis, and remediation recommendations using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLMs, and proprietary tools.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to design AI interactions that are intuitive, transparent, and empower users with trust and control over automated workflows.
• Continuously enhance agent performance by incorporating human-in-the-loop feedback, telemetry, and evaluation systems to boost precision, minimize false positives, and strengthen reliability.
• Research and integrate advanced capabilities in agent memory, tool utilization, and orchestration (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, or bespoke frameworks).
• Manage and optimize the performance, cost-efficiency, and security posture of agents in live environments.
• Establish and uphold internal best practices for agent safety, auditability, and failure resilience.

What You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML product development, ideally within security, developer tooling, or automation platforms.
• Proficient in building LLM-driven applications using frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or comparable tools.
• Proven track record of scaling AI features with a focus on performance optimization, cost management, and security.
• Strong product orientation, prioritizing customer impact, usability, and business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers) and familiarity with security concepts such as eBPF, threat detection, or identity and access management (IAM).
• Expertise in Python, with working knowledge of Go or similar backend languages preferred.
• Pragmatic mindset toward experimentation, metrics-driven evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Effective collaborator and communicator across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or other managed model hosting solutions.
• Knowledge of model development workflows, including PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and working with vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant).
