Job summary

JPMorganChase's AI Foundations team seeks a Sr Product Delivery Associate to coordinate delivery of AI-powered products and platforms that underpin the firm's technology agenda. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and business stakeholders to keep cross-functional initiatives moving with clarity and momentum.

The role emphasizes agile ceremonies, delivery artifacts (roadmaps, RAID logs, release plans), and data-driven decisions to optimize delivery velocity and outcomes

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Experience supporting or managing delivery of technology or data-driven products in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining delivery documentation including roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
• Ability to analyze delivery data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Claude and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates end-to-end product delivery activities across AI Foundations initiatives.
• Partners with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitates agile ceremonies to maintain team velocity and focus.
• Identifies and escalates delivery blockers, risks, and issues.
• Develops and maintains delivery artifacts including roadmaps and RAID logs.
• Supports intake, scoping, and prioritization of new AI product requests.
• Monitors and reports on delivery metrics to drive improvement.
• Contributes to evolution of delivery frameworks and best practices.
