JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Delivery Manager - AI Foundations to lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI-powered products within Consumer and Community Banking.

You will drive release management, operationalization, and lifecycle improvements while coordinating with technology, design, data, and business teams to balance speed, quality, and risk inside a regulated financial services environment.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of product delivery principles with a track record of improving processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependencies, releases, and operationalization.
• Drive change management across partners, ensuring risk, controls, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and resourcing across workstreams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, communicate progress, and resolve impediments.
• Contribute to PDLC and SDLC frameworks for agentic AI solutions.
• Monitor product performance metrics and surface insights for delivery improvements.
• Support operationalization of AI products and platforms across banking teams.
• Collaborate with tech, design, data, and business teams to balance speed, quality, and risk.
