This role focuses on full-stack development with TypeScript, leveraging AI agents for coding and reviews, and ensuring production readiness with strong observability and metrics.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Advanced experience with TypeScript and modern server-side development frameworks.
Experience with AI, LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, or generative AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with engineering leaders to define technical direction and implementation strategy.
Develop and enhance AI-powered solutions that improve software development workflows.
Modernise and migrate legacy applications into scalable, maintainable architectures.
Design and implement full-stack applications using modern TypeScript-based technologies.
Evaluate, deploy, and improve AI agents for coding, code review, and software delivery processes.
Drive development towards specification-based engineering practices.
Contribute to production readiness through observability, monitoring, metrics, and alerting.
Lead technical initiatives across a cross-functional engineering organisation.
Collaborate with teams to validate system performance and reliability in production.
