The role emphasizes rapid prototyping to durable production systems, with a salary range of $180,000 to $225,000 and bonus eligibility. You will join a senior, growing engineering group focused on AI-driven claims tooling.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong, hands-on full-stack skills in TypeScript and Python, including a modern front-end framework (e.g., React) and backend services.
• Solid data modeling and relational database design, including multi-tenant systems.
• Track record of taking ambiguous problems to production, working closely with product and customers.
• Experience shipping with AI-assisted or agentic engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack, AI-powered products in TypeScript and Python.
• Collaborate with product managers, ML/AI engineers, and claims experts.
• Own what you ship: design docs, code reviews, reliability, and security.
