Job summary

HP IQ is seeking a Program Manager to drive the QA and Developer Experience initiatives across HP’s AI product portfolio. You’ll lead programs to strengthen QA processes, enhance developer workflows, and accelerate engineering velocity with clear communication across engineering, product, data science, and operations.

They require 2–5 years of program management experience, familiarity with software development and QA, and strong leadership communication to report updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of program management or related roles.
• Familiarity with software development, QA, and tooling.
• Strong communication, able to report to senior leadership.
• Experience driving cross-functional programs end-to-delivery.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of QA and Developer Experience programs.
• Build roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs aligned to priorities.
• Identify risks and dependencies; lead mitigation.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, QA, product, data science, and partners.
• Translate technical details into actionable plans.
