Job summary

Klaviyos is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to own high-impact, end-to-end technical roadmaps across Amplify. You will drive architectural leadership, ensure scalable internal platforms, and partner with Product, Data, and Design to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead large, multi-team initiatives, advocate for AI-native engineering, and own incident response, security, and cost considerations across a broad engineering scope.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with deep knowledge of distributed, multi-tenant systems.
• Strong background in architectural patterns and system design for scalable platforms.
• Experience leading large, multi-team initiatives and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical roadmaps spanning multiple Amplify teams.
• Set architectural direction, drive high-impact initiatives, and ensure scalable, reliable systems.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Product, Design, Data, and Ops to align on strategy.
