Cribl is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive AI-native product initiatives across our data observability platform. You will partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to shape roadmaps and deliver value to IT and security teams at enterprise scale.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, using data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform decisions while navigating a globally distributed team in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience bringing AI-backed or AI-native products to market.
• Experience working with data tools to transform analytics and telemetry data into insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Experience with enterprise data products and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Guide the product roadmap with hands-on involvement.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and other teams to share experiences and services.
• Use data to research markets, assess competition, and generate product insights.
• Partner with teams to deliver high-value AI products aligned with Cribl's mission.
• Work with data about products/users to plan improvements based on metrics.
• Engage with customers and field teams to grow product value.
