Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead AI-native data observability products. You will partner with AI, data engineering, and security teams to translate customer needs into scalable cloud-native solutions.

This role requires strong communication, enterprise data experience, and familiarity with cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You will influence the roadmap and collaborate across Cribl’s teams to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience building and launching products with major cloud providers.
• Strong written and spoken communication, especially in remote settings.
• Experience working in remote-first companies and distributed teams.
• Background with Enterprise data products and IT/Security tool integration.
• Experience deploying products across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide the product roadmap by actively shaping experiences across Cribl's portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering and other product teams to create high-value AI products.
• Use data and market insights to inform decisions for AI-native offerings.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Marketing to ensure successful product adoption.
• Coordinate across time zones and customer-facing teams to deliver value.
• Demo products publicly and to customers, explaining both high-level and technical details.
