Cribl is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead AI-native product initiatives across our telemetry and data observability platforms. You will drive strategic roadmaps, partner with engineering and customer teams, and translate complex data workflows into practical product experiences for IT and Security practitioners.

You will work across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, shaping features that unlock insights from telemetry data and accelerate adoption of Cribl’s products worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Technical Product Manager role or similar experience.
• Experience bringing AI-backed or AI-native products to market.
• Experience with data tools like Snowflake/Databricks/Redshift for transforming analytics and telemetry data into actionable insights.
• In-depth experience building and launching products with major cloud providers.
• Strong communicator: written and spoken.
• Experience working in remote-first companies and distributed teams.
• Background working with Enterprise data products.
• Experience with IT and Security tools and technologies for data onboarding.
• Products deployed across Cloud, on-prem, hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide the product roadmap by actively shaping the product strategy and execution across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and services to deliver high-value AI-native products.
• Leverage data and market research to inform decisions and prioritize features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across product portfolio.
• Engage with customers to align services and experiences with Cribl's mission.
• Demonstrate product concepts and provide deep dives into implementations.
