Job summary

Berkadia is seeking a Product Manager, AI to shape and scale an enterprise AI platform that enables business units to design, configure, and deploy secure, governed AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with data scientists, ML engineers, software teams, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable product capabilities, establish reusable components, and govern access across Berkadia’s investment sales, mortgage banking, loan servicing, and corporate workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5+ years of product-management experience delivering software in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience working on AI-specific products such as generative AI or AI-enabled workflows.
• Hands-on technical experience in software engineering, data, analytics, ML, or AI application development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for an enterprise AI platform.
• Synthesize business, technical, and user inputs into clear product decisions.
• Manage software product lifecycle from discovery through release and iteration.
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
