Job summary

Snorkel AI seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join the AI Platform team. You will architect the platform powering synthetic data generation, agentic workflows, and scalable LLM operations, while designing APIs and orchestration layers for internal and customer-facing applications.

The role focuses on generating and refining synthetic data at scale, creating agentic systems that reason and adapt, and provisioning RL training and simulation environments for next-generation AI agents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building customer-facing, cloud-native software systems.
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines, LLM systems, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with distributed computing, large-scale data systems, or orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect the core platform powering synthetic data generation and agentic workflows.
• Design and evolve APIs, compute services, and orchestration layers for internal and customer-facing apps.
• Generate and refine synthetic data at massive scale.
• Create and evaluate agentic systems that reason, act, and improve over time.
• Provide RL training environments and simulation frameworks for AI agents.
• Deploy benchmarks, datasets, and automated labeling pipelines for model development.
• Run LLMs and multi-agent systems efficiently across cloud and hybrid environments.
