Job summary

Snorkel AI is seeking a highly skilled researcher to design and validate novel AI/data development approaches, including synthetic data generation and LLM-based judgments. You will prototype end-to-end workflows, integrating research ideas into scalable systems and writing robust, maintainable code.

You will collaborate across research, engineering, and industry partners to productionize prototypes and push forward Snorkel AI’s initiatives. A PhD in ML or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in AI, NLP, multi-modal models, LLMs.
• Experience developing, experimenting, and deploying AI models at scale.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with ML infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, iterative environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities
