Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production software, or 7+ if no degree.
• Experience in developing and operating production AI/ML platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI platforms and proxy systems.
• Own complex platform initiatives end-to-end.
• Drive onboarding of new frontier models and optimization of proxy systems.
• Mentor engineers and communicate value to drive adoption.
• Identify high-value opportunities for AI applications.
