Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Developer to drive a major AI transformation of our finance platform for government agencies. You will own AI components, orchestration, and tooling, building scalable SaaS features with a strong emphasis on reliability and observability.

You’ll lead platform engineering, CI/CD, and backend performance, while mentoring engineers and shaping the technical vision across the team. The role is remote in the USA, with EST preference.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience across backend/full-stack.
• Understanding of agentic system design including orchestration, memory, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with production agentic tooling and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock).
• Experience building scalable multi-tenant SaaS apps in languages like C#, Python, Ruby, or Elixir.
• Strong AWS experience with Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
• Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, speed vs. maintainability tradeoffs.
• Proven track record building developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and production tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own evolution of shared AI components, libraries, and platform capabilities with emphasis on reliability and developer experience.
• Design and build AI-powered features end-to-end, including LLM orchestration and evaluation workflows.
• Create CI/CD patterns, deployment pipelines, observability tooling, and developer workflows for production-ready agents.
• Lead AI tooling adoption, establish patterns for leverage across teams.
• Build and optimize core SaaS platform systems including high-scale processing, APIs, ingestion, and PostgreSQL performance.
