• Uses AI tools deeply and can direct multiple agents in parallel.
• Moves fast while protecting correctness, maintainability and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own core platform services for data curation, delivery, research workflows and expert collaboration.
• Design and ship end-to-end systems while raising engineering bar in a small, fast-moving team.
• Create shared abstractions and quality standards for environments and evaluation work.
• Build tooling to direct multiple AI agents without outsourcing judgment.
• Set architecture and engineering standards that speed delivery over time.
