Job summary

Responsibilities

Build and evolve foundational tooling for AI-assisted software development.
Develop standards, registries, and reusable components to improve consistency.
Contribute to AI marketplaces with IP scanning, security, and governance integrations.
Integrate governance and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
Design and implement APIs, tools, and services connecting AI assistants, IDEs, and platforms.
Help build agentic IDEs and Code OSS-based development experiences.
Identify gaps related to software reuse, IP protection, security, and governance.
Collaborate with developers, security teams, and platform engineers to deliver solutions.
Own ambiguous requirements and drive MVP to production adoption.
Measure adoption, usability, reliability, and impact across users.
