Job summary

Goldenpick Technologies seeks a senior AI/platform engineer in New York to lead AI enablement efforts while aligning security, risk, and compliance with engineering goals. This role requires hands-on work with IAM, guardrails, logging, and data protection, plus building agentic AI solutions and scalable cloud infra.

You will collaborate across security, risk, and engineering teams, drive automation, and mentor others in Gen AI frameworks and DevSecOps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive engineering experience with 1–2+ years in AI/platform enablement roles.
• Experience coordinating with InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance on technical controls.
• Hands-on with IAM, guardrails, logging, quotas, and network/data protection.
• Hands-on with Gen AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA) and prompts.
• Experience with agentic AI, MCP, Graph/RAG architectures, and MCP servers.
• Knowledge of Gen AI frameworks and LLM gateway patterns.
• Proficiency in AWS services and cost/usage monitoring.
• IaC (Terraform, Puppet) and container deployments (Docker).
• Python automation (NumPy, Pandas, Boto3) for tooling.
• Experience with vector/graph databases and query optimization.
• Solid automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium).
• Strong SDLC, DevSecOps, Agile/Scrum, and JIRA tooling proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication.
• Customer-service mindset for triage and issue resolution.
