Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to drive AI platform infrastructure at scale, leading a small team and shaping scalable inference, RAG, and autonomous AI services. You will influence architecture, delivery, and long-term platform strategy in a mission-focused environment.

You will oversee production AI services, implement governance, and ensure reliability and security across components while mentoring engineers and collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph required; sponsorship not available.
• U.S. Citizenship required; visa sponsorship not available.
• 12 years of relevant experience with a technical Bachelor's degree; 4 additional years may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure for AI model inference at scale.
• Lead development and maintenance of production AI services and applications, including RAG, autonomous agents, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Serve as technical lead for AI infrastructure initiatives across integrated teams.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and provide coaching and feedback for team members.
• Define solutions for complex, underspecified systems and requirements; establish technical policies and governance frameworks.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and engineering practices across teams; oversee monitoring, logging, and observability for AI services.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security across AI platform components.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
