SuiteOp is seeking an engineer who excels at building with AI. You’ll write production code across the full stack while leading a small team of engineers doing the same.

Use AI coding tools to ship features, debug issues, and refactor rapidly, shaping workflows and standards for reliable AI-assisted development. This is a player‑coach role focused on building, with accountability for output, growth, and direction of the engineers around you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years writing production TypeScript/JavaScript.
• 2+ years leading engineers — tech lead, EM, or senior engineer who owned team output.
• True full‑stack range: schema migration, backend service, and typed frontend in same day.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI coding tools and their proper use.
• Strong relational database instincts: design, migrations, indexes, queries.
• Good architectural judgment: know when to build, buy, refactor, or ship as‑is.
• Clear written communication; async decisions documented in writing.

Responsibilities

• Ship full vertical slices across a TypeScript monorepo in a single PR.
• Lead the rebuild through remaining phases including web dashboard, admin surface, mobile app, and public API.
• Build for a multi‑region, data‑residency‑sensitive product from day one.
