Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contractor to design and operationalize a scalable enterprise AI platform in Azure, with governance and deployment standards. The role collaborates with business and technology leaders to shape the enterprise AI trajectory and enable cross-unit AI adoption.

You will lead MLOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation while partnering with data scientists, engineers, and architects to scale AI across the organization in a hybrid/onsite Milwaukee setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML platform engineering, MLOps, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise AI or machine learning platforms.
• Strong Azure experience, including Azure AI and machine learning services.
• Kubernetes and containerization expertise.
• CI/CD, Git, infrastructure automation, and DevOps best practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/onsite work schedule (Milwaukee, Wisconsin).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise AI/ML platforms in Azure.
• Build and optimize MLOps processes for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Create governance, security, and compliance frameworks for AI solutions.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to scale AI adoption.
• Define future-state architecture for emerging AI technologies, including agentic AI.
